Creemore Vertical Challenge 25K!

Posted: August 26, 2014 in Robert Brouillette

On Saturday July 5th 2014, I ran the Creemore Vertical Challenge 25K on the trails, country roads, farmers fields, creeks, swamps, hills, tall grass areas, rocky paths, and forests of Creemore.
I apologize for my horrible procrastination due to me being busy for a number of reasons so instead to make my life easier I’ll highlight only the top 5 main points below from my race:
– There was about 5 of us from my H&P club that came to this trail race together.
– It has so many different terrains, elevation, and just a surprise at every corner.
– I led the race for around 15K before getting passed on a rough uphill.
– Was the first person to drink from the Creemore beer keg.
– Got prizes of hand crafted bowl and medal, maple syrup, and coffee beans.
